QUEST
purple skies and rainy nights
blurry visions under the moonlight
i sit and stare outside the window
thoughts running in my head like perennial rivers
my heart racing,
the star light dimming
the place I've reached is cold and unknown
i run in fright
in despair and might
tryin' to run into something different.
i stand below the sky
gazing at the stars
my eyes so full i smile a while
realizing the difference
i question myself am i that high?
as this place is new i feel real nice
earlier was unknown, full of ice
i sit down a while
i feel the place
my hand is warm as the dew drops melt
the sudden rains the shy sun rays
the seven colurs sweetly dwelt
its so good i sit at peace
knowing the next place might not be ease
im scared and stunned
mixed feelings all at once
that is exactly what dreams do
give you light and scare you too:)
