Creamy and Healthy Banana Milkshake



The October heat is so annoying and yet stepping out of the house is not that safe!

So why not add some healthy and tasty shake to your diet? Which is cold too?

It’s the Banana milkshake ya’ll!!

I have been luring over it since a lot of days now and I must say you guys should try this once. It’s really easy and satisfying.

It can make your sunny afternoon good and can help provide a good dessert.

This banana milkshake recipe that I’m sharing with you is a perfect blend of the fruit and milk turning into something pretty irresistible.

Quarantine has got me all good. (says this all the time)


Ingredients-

1 whole banana

½ a glass milk

1 table spoon of sugar or 1 table spoon of honey

2 scoops of ice cream

Few nicely chopped banana slices for garnishing.

Method-

1. Chop the banana well into moderate size slices and put it in the mixer/ blender.

2. Add some honey or sugar (according to preference). Mix the whole well.

3. Add a little milk to the same and mix again. Make sure no banana chumps are left behind.

4. You will see how thick the mixture gets, as you blend it more. Add some ice cubes to make the shake colder.

5. Pour it in a jar and add some more milk to it. Stir it well.

6. This helps you create an averagely thick shake, which is perfect to drink.

7. Add an ice cream scoop on the top and garnish it with the banana slices.

8. You can sprinkle some Oreo crumbs on the top or add some jimmies (rainbow sprinkles) to make it look serve ready!

Tips- you can add peanut butter in the mixture and blend it to make it healthier.




 

It will take a total of just 10 minutes for this homemade banana milkshake to be all set and ready!!
